At Camp Gold Star, we take pride in the quality and purpose of our products and services. Because many of our items support charitable efforts and include personalized engraving or sponsor-specific customizations, most purchases are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Hero Stones, Resting Benches, Dog Park Bricks, and other customized tribute items
• Digital or downloadable items (e.g., certificates, badges, donor recognitions)
• Contributions, sponsorships, or fundraising items

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or contains errors due to our mistake (e.g., engraving misspellings we caused), please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly repair, replace, or re-engrave the item at no cost to you.
