A Waterfront Resort & Marina Honoring our Nation's Bravest

Resting Benches

Honoring 13 Recipients along the Freedom Walk

What are Resting Benches?

Nine Resting Benches will line our waterfront Freedom Walk, and four benches will be located in the Dog Park enclosure, totaling thirteen Resting Benches. Each bench will provide a place to rest, enjoy panoramic views, and honor the service of our military and first responders.

All benches will feature a Camp Gold Star–engraved plaque with a QR code that links directly to the hero's picture and personal story. The four Resting Benches in the Dog Park will honor fallen K-9 heroes who were killed in the line of duty.

For detailed information on how to sponsor a bench in honor or memory of your hero or K-9 killed in the line of duty, simply click on the "Sponsorship Info" button below.
